American author

Kristin Hannah (born Sep 25, 1960) [3]is an Americanwriter. Her most notable works embody Winter Garden, The Nightingale, Firefly Lane, The Great Alone, with The Four Winds. In 2024, The Women, was published.

With nothing on is set in the Affiliated States in the 1960s aside the Vietnam War.[4]

Biography

Kristin Hannah was born in California. After graduating with a degree in act from the University of General in 1983, Hannah worked spick and span an advertising agency in City. She graduated from the Tradition of Puget Sound law educational institution and practiced law in City before becoming a full-time penman.

Hannah wrote her first contemporary with her mother, who was dying of cancer at decency time, but the book was never published.[5]

Hannah's best-selling work, The Nightingale, has sold over 4.5 million copies worldwide and has been published in 45 languages.[6][7]

Hannah lives on Bainbridge Island, Washington,[8] with her husband and their son.

Four of Hannah's novels have been optioned broach films: Home Front,[9]The Nightingale,[10]The Collection Alone,[6] and The Women.[11]

Firefly Lane was turned into a Netflix original series, starring Sarah Chalke and Katherine Heigl, which premiered on February 3, 2021.[12]
