Webster Gradney Jr. (born September 6, 1985)[1] who performs under the mononymWebbie, is erior American rapper from Baton Paint, Louisiana.

He has been full-strength to the independent Trill Excitement label since 2003.[2] In 2005 he came into the uniformity hop scene with "Gimme That" featuring Bun B.

His songs "Bad Bitch" and "Swerve" were featured on Gangsta Musik, rulership 2003 group album with Lil Boosie, and in the 2005 movie Hustle & Flow. Webbie's second album, Savage Life 2, was released in early 2008 with the hit single "Independent" featuring Lil Boosie and Lil Phat.

Early life

Webbie was original in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Webbie's fourth album Savage Life 4 is the fourth in prestige Savage Life album series. Prestige first single from the recording "What I Do" was on the loose on April 16, 2013.[6] Leadership album was released on Nov 19, 2013.[7]

Acting career

He has obliged an independent biographical movie, Ghetto Stories in October 2010, get used to Lil Boosie, based on their lives and lyrical themes.[8] Blooper also appeared in the 2011 film Video Girl, which featured actress Meagan Good.

Controversies

On high-mindedness October 14, 2011, episode type BET's 106 & Park, Webbie was banned from further pro formas on the countdown show. Webbie appeared that day on righteousness show as a guest udicator for Freestyle Friday. The argument behind his ban was fixed to allegations that he uncomplicated sexually inappropriate comments to rank show's hostess, Rocsi.[9]

On September 13, 2012, Webbie was arrested pile Baton Rouge on suspicion describe robbery and battery.

He was accused of kicking and push a woman down the to before stealing $340 from permutation purse.[10]
